We have ultimately decided not to post the senior map on this wall because the map has information that people may not want broadcasted to everyone on the world wide web. We have instead decided to publish it on our Facebook group, a slightly more private medium.
Anonymous asked: When will the senior map be posted?
Because two teachers did not hand out the survey to senior students when school was in session, there are many students who have not yet responded with where they will be attending college.
We are trying our best to contact these students through email. The finalized map will be posted (via facebook & tumblr) as soon as these seniors get the CHANCE to respond. Anticipate the map to be released before the end of the month, but please be patient since many students (including us) are on vacation.
Graduation Day and the Senior All Night Party (SANP) are tantalizingly near. We hope it will be an exciting and memorable celebration packed with music, entertainment, activities, prizes and unlimited food!
Please carefully review the following instructions to help you have a safe, fun-filled night:
What should I wear?
Dress comfortably and warmly in layers with comfortable shoes. Carry a change of clothing in your vehicle if you don’t have an opportunity to go home. Suits, dresses and heels may get in the way of FUN. J
Arrival and Departure Times:
You may come between 9 – 11 pm. No one will be admitted after the cut-off. If you do not arrive there will be a call home. No one is allowed to leave the party before 5 am the following morning. It is best to have your parents drive you as you will not have slept all night. J
Where should I get dropped off and picked up?
Entrance and departure is from the student parking lot. There will be signs giving you directions.
IMPORTANT: How to Buy Tickets at the Door
(a) Download a ticket form and permission slip from www.mvsanp.org, and have your parents sign it and turn in at the entrance with the ticket amount.
(b) We will also have forms available at the door for your parents to sign in person, but please note, we will regrettably NOT be able to admit you without a signed permission slip.
No need to eat before the party:
Seriously!!! The party is a food fest! A full dinner from 9 pm – midnight, and an unlimited supply of snacks and beverages will be offered all night long. Breakfast will be available from 3 am – 5 am. We promise your senior will not go hungry.
What to bring:
· Bring your ID.
· No money needed. Everything is free. Do not bring backpacks. A large shopping bag will be issued at bag and check to collect and keep prizes and souvenirs. You can also keep purses and cameras etc., to be looked after by loving hands.
· Your best party attitude, and the wonderful MV spirit and impeccable behavior MVites are known for. J
SANP Check-in Procedure:
· ID and Security checkpoints. You will be given wristbands after this.
· Head to the ticket booths for lanyards with your name and the bid containing the schedule of all activities.
· Have lots of fun!
What are the fun activities and events for the night, anyway?
It is important to read your bid so you don’t miss out on anything. There will also be announcements made during the party to inform you of all the fun activities taking place.
Who are the chaperones?
Parents, teachers, administrators, local police and security staff – to ensure a fun-filled safe party. No adult is admitted without a nametag and lanyard and a specific job to keep our students safe.
